CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
By making a reservation on our platform, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy of JFF Charters and to any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your booking including services and/or products offered by the boat provider. Read more in Terms and Conditions.
 
All cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the reservation date. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will result in non eligibility to a refund of your deposit.
  • 3-7 days prior one is eligible to 65% refund
  • 8-15 days prior one is eligible to 75% refund
  • 15 days + one is eligible to a full refund
excluding service fees and commissions if applicable.

​Please note that a booking may be cancelled (without prior notice) for any of the following reasons:
 
  • Non-payment of deposit
  • Failure to show up on time
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failure
  • By Authorities (Notice to Mariners)
  • Other safety considerations (up to the captain's discretion at the time)

You shall not be entitled to any refund of the prepaid amount unless JFF Charters agrees otherwise. 

What is covered by immediate Cancellation & Refund?
 
  • Acute Medical issues of guest, including COVID-19
  • Personal preventive quarantine, failure to meet the health conditions for travel
  • Hospitalisation
  • Death 
  • Cancellation of the boat captain/crew due to claimable reasons (hospitalisation) 

If any of the top are applicable to you a document of proof must be presented for full refund.

What is not covered Cancellation & Refund?
 
  • Deliberate action
  • Chronic illnesses
  • Abuse of alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances
  • Mental disorders or mental illnesses
  • War zone travel
  • Incidents caused by force majeure or other inadvertent circumstances
  • Widespread intervention by state power or public administration
