WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

In order to reserve your charter there is a mandatory 30% deposit upon booking. Payment maybe safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account or even in cash. The remaining balance shall be paid on the  day of the charter.

Please check details thoroughly for the payment conditions prior to making your booking.

Full deposit shall be refunded if charter cannot be executed due to weather conditions  or other safety considerations at the discretion of the captain.

WHAT IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Similar to car rental, when chartering a boat you will be asked for a security deposit to ensure that any damages will be covered by the guests.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

JFF Charters offers a secure payment using a credit card. You can also pay by bank transfer or any local payment method available in your country. Cash is also accepted locally. 

IS IT POSSIBLE CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Yes, it is possible to cancel however, all cancellation must be done at least 3 days prior to reservation date. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will result in non eligibility to a refund of your deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

If weather does not allow you to go out to sea, it is preferable to postpone the booking and to agree on a new date with the boat owner.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

Yes, by all means feel free to bring whatever you like.

Don't forget that we will also provide you with free flowing soft drinks, water and beer as well as a charcuterie board.
